石场粉尘侵袭海口石山镇20多亩菜地和果树减产

“每天都有粉尘飘来，田地里的瓜菜就像铺了一层白霜，影响收成。”25日，秀英区石山镇安仁村的部分村民反映，村里的虹泰生石场产生的粉尘使附近几十亩蔬菜和果树减产。

今天上午，记者来到现场看到，采石场依山而建，规模较大，多台机器正在开采石头，粉碎好的石子堆了好几大堆。离石场仅几十米远，就是村民的田地，周边的果树和蔬菜都挂着一层白色粉尘。

据村民吴先生介绍，去年建了采石场后，粉尘污染比较大，特别是每次放炮炸石之后，粉尘如同放烟幕弹一般，有时连眼睛都睁不开。村民们说白癜风治疗的医院，采石场周围有好几户村民的20多亩地，大都栽种果树和一些时令蔬菜。由于采石场的粉尘污染，果树产量下降，部分树枝枯死，结出的果子不但个头小，有的还畸形。蔬菜因沾有粉末，收购价一降再降，有时候还无法卖出去，收成一年不如一年。

“不仅如此，石场没有办理排污许可证，一些生活污水和生产废水随意排放，影响了当地生态白癜风治疗要花多少钱环境。”据村民们介绍，他们曾多次找采石场交涉都无果，希望能讨得相关说法。

采石场负责人李先生告诉记者，石场是由海口虹泰生建材有限公司负责经营，去年3月份开始筹备，9月份开始生产，目前还处于试营业状态。李先生出具了《安全生产许可证》、《企业法人营业执照》、《采矿许可证》和《税务登记证》后表示白癜风治疗要花多少钱，石场有合法手续，而且经过了环评，目前只有《排污许可证》还在办理当中。之前，环保部门曾派人到现场进行调查，还派技术人员进行了监测，“有合格报告，但是在老板手上。”

记者注意到，《安全生产许可证》和《采矿许可证》的单位名称是澄迈美鼎编织袋有限公司，而《企业法人营业执照》和《税务登记证》的单位则是海口虹泰生建材有限公司。对此，李先生解释，两家公司其实是一个老板，今后名称肯定会统一。

至于村民反映的粉尘污染瓜菜一事，李先生说，他们之前也在环保部门和石山镇政府的协调下，同意给农田受到影响的村民相应的补偿，但村民的要求已经超出他们所能承受的范围。
