我国出台新规强化中小学班主任的权利

针对新时期基础教育的发展要求，教育部近日印发《中小学班主任工作规定》，在工作量、待遇以及教育学生等方面强化了班主任的权利，并从待遇方面加强了保障性规定。

教育部基础教育一司负责人指出，针对一直以来班主任教师工作负担过重的普遍现象，《规定》要求“班主任工作量按当地教师标准课时工作量的一半计入教师基本工作量，明确了班主任教师要拿出一半的时间来做班主任工中科白癜风医院让天下无白作，并要求各地合理安排班主任教师的工作量，使他们有精力来关心每个学生的思想道德状况、身心健康状况及其他各方面的发展状况。”
