盐巴是日常生活中常见的调味品之一。那么你知道日常生活中，关于吃盐巴有哪些注意事项呢?

　　食用盐的注意事项：

　　1、少买及时吃

　　少量购买，吃完再买，目的是防止碘的挥发。因碘酸钾在热、光、风、湿条件下都会分解挥发。

　　2、忌高温

　　在炒菜做汤时忌高温时放碘盐。炒菜爆锅时放碘盐，碘的食用率仅为10%，中间放碘盐食用率为60%;出锅时放碘盐食用率为90%;凉拌菜时放碘盐食用率就可以达到100%。

　　3、忌在容器内敞口长期存放

　　碘盐如长时间与阳光、空气接触，碘容易挥发。最好是放在有色的玻璃瓶内，用完后将盖盖严，密封保存。

　　4、忌加醋

　　碘跟酸性物质结合后会被破坏。据测试，炒菜时如果同时加醋，碘的食用率即下降40%～60%。另外，碘盐遇酸性菜(比如酸菜)，食用率也会下降。

　　以下几类人也必须少吃盐：

　　常头疼的人。很多人都曾有这样的经历，吃了一顿丰盛的大餐之后，就容易发生头疼的情况。有最新研究让受试者分别食用高盐、中盐、低盐的饮食各30天，结果发现，每天吃8克盐的人比那些吃4克盐的人头疼次数多1/3以上。无论具体吃哪种食物，只要吃盐的量多，都会有同样的反应。这项研究证实，多吃盐可能与头疼密切相关。经常有头疼烦恼的朋友们，不妨试试少吃盐。

　　易水肿的人。体内的水分潴留情况和摄入钠的数量密切相关。一些血液循环不好的女性，虽然心脏、肾脏并无疾病，但却容易发生轻度的水肿，特别是月经来潮前几天，这种情况更为明显，脸上都看起来肿肿的。激素水平带来的水分潴留增加状态，再加上大量摄入盐的作用，会加剧腹胀、脸肿、头疼等不适感觉。研究早已发现，高盐饮食会促进组织水肿。长期苦于经前期综合征(疲劳无力、情绪不稳)的女性，应当在经期之前主动控盐，吃较为清淡治疗白癜风抹什么药的食物。

　　慢性咽炎的人。在食用盐含量高的食物之后，很多人都能明显感觉到咽喉黏液增加，嗓子不清。咽喉经常发炎、咳嗽不适的人，都不能吃太咸、太辣、油炸、熏烤的食物，表面盐分过多的炒货如炒瓜子、炒花生、加了盐的各种坚果等零食也都要少吃。

　　皮肤差的人。吃盐多的时候，由于渗透压的作用，身体组织的水分会减少，排出身体的水分会增加，也不利于皮肤保水。因此，少盐饮食是改善皮肤质量的一个重要措施。

　　胃不好的人。和含盐少的食物相比，盐分过大的食物会降低胃中保护性黏液的黏度，使它对胃壁的保护作用下降，食物中的各种有害物质更容易作用于胃壁，因而会促进多种胃病的发生。流行病学调查表明，盐摄入量和胃癌风险之间有正相关性。
