网购退款难快递只要东西送到就算签收

海都—海峡都市报讯(海都记者 江方方 实习生 郑晓婕) 这几天，福州的欧女士特别郁闷，自己在淘宝拍下的商品，明明申请了退款，自己也没签收，物流却已确认她收货，导致她支付宝里的钱款划给了卖家。后来向快递员一打听才知道，商品已送到门卫北京看白癜风医院在哪里处，“只要东西送到，就算签收”。

欧女士介绍，3月19日，自己在一家名为“开心美食”的淘宝商店购买了3包东北野生瓜子仁，一共228元。第二天，她收到卖家已发货的提示。可是直到23日中午一点，仍然查不到货品的物流信息，“当时，以为自己遇上虚假商店”，于是，她立即申请了退款。

卖家同意与买家协商解决

而对于欧女士之后要求拒签和退货，快递公司则回应说，按照规定，必须得到发货方的同意，他们才能把货品往回寄。

昨天中午，记者联系了“开心美食”卖家，她同意了欧女士的退货要求，但要等快递公司把东西寄回去以后，再和买家协商怎么解决，特别是邮费该由谁来承担。

多数快递送货无须本人签收
