调节性束带胃减容术的适应证

胃束带减肥术在腹腔镜下进行，将一根低压柔性硅胶束带“束”在胃的上部，在胃底部捆扎、缩窄，形成小胃囊，使患者进一定食量后产生饱感。

手术无胃肠解剖和结构的不可复性损害，可随时调节胃减容腔的大小。腹腔镜下去除胃捆扎带，胃肠道可完全恢复术前状态。

该术式减肥效果明显。有效率90%，术后1~2年减轻超重体重35%~50%。双11六年影响零售业态线上线下电商零售商皆入局
